Education: A college degree is desired, but is not required. If you have job stability of 4 or more years with one company in lieu of a college degree, you will be considered.

Our client, who has been recognized and awarded as one of the top search firms in the DFW market, is currently looking to add a search recruiter to their team. The candidate will have been successful in any of the following industries, healthcare, A&F, tax, banking, technology, software, engineering, energy, legal or professional services and is looking for a new environment or a stronger commission payout for 2022. The industry does not matter because the client knows the candidate will most likely have a non-compete that will probably need to be honored, but they have plenty of other openings in other industries for the candidate to work on.
The management that leads the Dallas office is very knowledgeable of the DFW market as they have a combined total of well over 50 years of staffing industry within the contingency / search industry.
You need to be a polished and seasoned search recruiter who is capable of mining candidates and identifying new clients through networking and standard online services. You must be able to develop and maintain senior level business relationships with targeted accounts and existing customers. You must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and demonstrated ‘ownership’ in your work.
You will work directly with the client managers as well as the sales staff to ensure that each requisition is processed in an efficient and effective manner. You must possess excellent probing/questioning/interviewing skills, and you must be goal oriented and able to multitask with the ability to finish projects.
There are two types of commission plans available. The first plan is 100% commission with very aggressive fee’s payouts and bonuses. The second plan is a base salary based upon experience and a 10% payout on fees.
Compensation: This position offers two types of commission plans.
The first plan offers a base salary based upon industry success, not a draw against commissions, and a commission based on a percentage of the placement fees. This plan could be utilized by recruiters who are walking away from large monthly commissions until they can establish an new book of business.
The other is 100% commission with one of the most aggressive fee payout schedules and bonus structures in the North Texas region. Both plans will allow the candidate to achieve a high six-figure income.
