Our client, recognized as a leading staffing organization in the United States, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for their office in Austin. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role for a sales professional who thrives in a builder mentality and understands how to win new business while expanding relationships with existing clients. The position also offers opportunity to grow business across additional Texas markets, including San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Proven success selling technology staffing solutions
- Experience selling SOW projects
- Disciplined hunting strategy and pipeline development
- Ability to engage executive-level decision makers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep understanding of technology staffing
- Ability to speak confidently with hiring managers
- Executive presence and strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close business
- Relentless drive and competitive intensity
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive new revenue and expand existing client relationships
- Present solutions with confidence and authority
- Build and maintain pipelines that convert into revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client success
COMPENSATION
- Base salary, not a draw against commission
- Aggressive commission structure
- Possible non-recoverable draw for candidates transitioning from high monthly commissions
