Agency Recruiter | Search/Contingency

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of search experience in any search niche. Example: healthcare, A&F, Tax, Banking Tech, Software, Eng, legal or professional Services

Education: A college degree is desired but is not required. If you have job stability of 4 or more years with one company in lieu of a college degree, you will be considered.

Description: Our client, who was founded over three decades ago and has won numerous production and “Best Place“ employee awards, is looking for a technology search recruiter for their Philadelphia office. The office is being overrun by job orders and they need another full-time recruiter to join the search team to help with the influx of job orders. The client would prefer someone with a technology background, but will look at other search industry experience because they know a non-compete may have to be honored.

Qualifications:

  • Need to be a polished and seasoned search recruiter who is capable of mining candidates and identifying new clients through networking and standard online services.
  • Must possess excellent probing/questioning/interviewing skills.
  • Must be able to develop and maintain senior level business relationships with targeted accounts and existing customers.
  • Will work directly with the client managers as well as the sales staff to ensure requisition is processed in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and demonstrated ‘ownership’ in your work.
  • Goal oriented and able to multitask with the ability to finish projects.

Compensation: This position is 100% commission with an aggressive fee structure and bonuses.
