AUSTIN, TEXAS
Our client, recognized as a top staffing company in Austin, is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Austin office. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role in a builder-style environment focused on generating new business and expanding existing client relationships. There is also opportunity to grow business across additional Texas markets, including San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience selling Accounting and Finance staffing services
- Proven ability to engage controllers, VPs of Finance, and CFOs
- Disciplined sales and business development mindset
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of the accounting and finance industry
- Familiarity with finance function structure and risk terminology
- Knowledge of systems and technical stacks such as SAP and Oracle (preferred)
- Ability to engage and influence executive decision makers
- Proven track record of building pipelines that convert
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive new revenue through disciplined business development strategies
- Expand relationships with existing clients and pursue new accounts
- Present solutions with confidence and executive presence
- Negotiate with precision and close business effectively
- Maintain a structured hunting strategy and defined close plan
- Demonstrate competitive intensity and urgency
COMPENSATION
- Base salary, not a draw against commission
- Aggressive commission structure
- Possible non-recoverable draw for candidates transitioning from high monthly commissions
