DALLAS, TEXAS

Our client, a specialized staffing organization in Dallas, is seeking an Engineering, Aerospace, and Government Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience in technical and mission-critical staffing environments. This is a production-focused role for a recruiter who understands engineering talent, security clearance considerations, and the nuances of aerospace and government hiring. Candidates with experience recruiting professionals holding active or eligible security clearances are strongly preferred. This is not an entry-level opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience in engineering, aerospace, and/or government staffing
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience within a staffing agency
  • Experience recruiting candidates with active or eligible security clearances (secret or top secret preferred)
  • Job stability of four or more years with one employer may be considered in lieu of a college degree
  • Proven ability to hunt, qualify, and close placements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Track record placing engineering and technical professionals on contract and direct-hire engagements
  • Experience within aerospace, aviation, and defense sectors
  • Understanding of highly regulated environments and compliance requirements
  • Ability to navigate security clearance processes and sensitive client needs
  • Strong pipeline development and conversion skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates with precision
  • Navigate security clearance requirements and compliance considerations
  • Build pipelines that convert into placements
  • Deliver consistent production in a metrics-driven environment
  • Partner with clients to understand mission-critical hiring needs

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary, not a draw against commission
  • Aggressive commission structure
  • Possible non-recoverable draw for candidates transitioning from high monthly commissions
