Global Impact Staffing is an executive search firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas founded in 1998 to meet the hiring needs of staffing agencies, corporate HR departments, and consulting companies by finding staffing industry professionals at all levels from recruiters to executive leadership both nationally and internationally.

For staffing agencies and consulting companies, we have successfully placed presidents, vice presidents, regional directors, branch managers, sales managers, recruiting managers, account executives and recruiters. For corporate clients, we have provided a number of solutions from RPO engagements and short term contract recruiters, as well as fulltime professionals such as VP of HR, HR directors, staffing directors, and recruiters.

As we looked at the changing business climate of Corporate America, we saw that we needed to be changing with it. For this reason, we have made additions to our already successful business model so that we can meet the constantly changing employment challenges facing companies in America over the next ten years. Because of this proactive approach to the way we do business, we are now better able to serve our clients at all executive levels.
