Recruiter - Technology Staffing - Houston, TX

Required Skills: 3 years minimum experience in contract or direct hire placement in the technology staffing industry (infrastructure or application development).

Our client, who is recognized as one of the top agencies in Houston, is currently looking for a recruiter for their technology staffing division.  Candidate must have 3 - 5 years of recruiting experience in the technology industry specifically in infrastructure or application development. You will work with account executives and client managers to ensure that each requisition is processed and filled in an efficient and effective manner. 

You will be responsible for maximizing local, regional, and national recruiting resources such as networking and candidate referral bonus, classified advertising, Internet, job fairs, and strategic partnerships with organizations that have access to educated, skilled individuals. 

You should possess excellent probing/questioning/interviewing skills.  You must be goal oriented and able to multitask with the ability to finish projects. You must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and demonstrated ‘ownership’ in your work.

The compensation plan is very aggressive, and a high six-figure income is very attainable.  This position has the potential to convert into a recruiting manager role if the right candidate is found.
