Blended Desk Recruiter - Acct / Finance Staffing - Houston, TX

Required Skills:  At least 2 - 3 years of experience successfully working a blended desk within any of the following industries: legal, accounting, finance, or clerical.

Education:  A college degree or someone currently pursuing their degree is a requirement to be considered for this position.

Our client is looking for a recruiter for one of their Houston locations.  Candidate should have at least 2 - 3 years of successfully working a blended desk within any of the following industries: legal, accounting & finance, or clerical industries. Your main responsibilities will include developing a book of business in the contract and contract-to-hire job market by prospecting, contacting, closing, developing, and managing new and existing clients. 

You should possess excellent cold calling, prospecting, and negotiating skills, and be willing to entertain customers in order to develop business relationships.  It will be critical to have superb verbal and written skills to be utilized during presentations as well as during the negotiation stage of the sales cycle.  Our client is looking for a polished, sharp professional with a boardroom image, strong focus, and sense of urgency in obtaining new business. 

Because of the type of clients you will be calling on a college degree or someone currently pursuing their degree is a requirement to be considered for this position.
