Our client is currently seeking a business development manager with 3 - 5 years experience selling staffing/consultative services to local technology companies and corporations.
The candidate must be a polished 'hunter' with excellent communications skills. Showing a proven track record in meeting projected revenue goals through prospecting, networking, and consultative selling to key decision makers and end users will be required. Responsibilities will include customizing proposals, presenting pricing, selling value over price, and developing lasting, profitable business relationships.
Compensation will be a competitive base salary with commissions on contract and permanent placements as well as standard sales perks.
