Sales Manager Tech Staffing

Location: Seattle, WA

 Required Experience: Minimum of 5 yrs of sales experience in contingent staffing Technology vertical. Minimum 2yrs leadership in staffing vertical.

Required Skills: Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Education: A college degree is desired but is not required.  If you have job stability of 4 or more years with one company in lieu of a college degree, you will be considered.

Description: Our client, who is one of the top staffing companies in North America, is currently seeking a sales manager to lead their business development managers in the Seattle, WA market.

Qualifications: Must have 5 years of successful sales within the technology staffing vertical or technology based projects.  You will also need to have a minimum of 2 years leading a sales team as a sales/branch/market manager or director.


  • Lead, train and hire your sales team.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives
  • Manage relations with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals as needed.
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Compensation: This position includes a base salary not a draw against, aggressive commission structure and possibly in addition to the base salary a non recoverable draw for those who are walking away from large monthly commissions.
