Account Executive Technology Staffing

Location: Denver, CO

Required Experience: Minimum 3 years experience of successful staffing sales for a staffing agency; preferably in the technology or engineering verticals, but experience in other staffing industries will be considered as well.

Required Skills: You will be given established clients with existing contracts in place, but you will need to be a hunter-type account executive who can build your own book. Our client would also like someone who has some leadership experience that can move into a branch leadership role within the year.

Education: A college degree is desired, but is not required. If you have job stability of 4 or more years with one company in lieu of a college degree, you will be considered.

Description: Our client, a publicly traded company with offices across the country, is currently seeking an account executive for their Denver office to sell technology contract staffing or search to Fortune 1000 companies in the Denver market. You will also have the opportunity to sell project based work to companies utilizing the Salesforce CRM platform.

Qualifications: Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in business-to-business sales within a staffing agency setting, preferably within the technology or engineering verticals.

You must have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance and a well-defined approach for hunting and closing new business. You will need to be disciplined and self-motivated with good telephone and face-to-face presentation skills.

The commission structure is lucrative at plan, but for those salespeople who are consistently above plan, this can be a very lucrative opportunity.

Compensation: This position includes a base salary not a draw against, aggressive commission structure and possibly in addition to the base salary a non recoverable draw for those who are walking away from large monthly commissions.
