Required Skills:  3 - 5 years full life cycle recruiting experience in the technical staffing industry. 

Our client, who has been one of the nation's top staffing firms for over 25 years, is looking for a senior level recruiter to work the technology group for the local Phoenix / Southwest United States.

To be considered as a candidate, you must have been a successful full life cycle recruiter for 3 - 5 years in the technical staffing industry.  If you have worked telecom or engineering staffing you might be considered, but technology staffing experience is preferred. You will work directly with the client managers and other appropriate entities to ensure that each requisition is processed in an efficient and effective manner.

You will also be responsible for maximizing local, regional, and national recruiting resources such as networking and candidate referral bonus, classified advertising, Internet, job fairs, and strategic partnerships with organizations with access to educated, skilled individuals.

Candidates should possess excellent probing/questioning/interviewing skills and have experience in sales, customer relations, negotiations, project management, technical skill qualification, sourcing, Internet recruitment, project staffing, supplement staffing, and candidate presentation. You must be goal oriented and able to multi task with the ability to finish projects.
