Required Skills:  10+ years of staffing industry experience in the fields of financial, legal, or clerical staffing.

Our client, who has had great success in the staffing industry for almost 20 years, is looking to hire a regional manager to run their accounting & financial offices in the southern U.S.  Candidates must have 10+ years of staffing industry experience in the fields of financial, legal, or clerical staffing with a successful, proven track record of revenue growth for branch locations within an area, district, or region.

You must be a proven leader/mentor who can teach/train current employees as well as identify and hire new talent as new offices are added to the territory.  You must also have the ability to forecast the financial goals for the territory and then be able to implement your vision and goals with each office.  Setting the foundation for new offices that will be opened in 2008 will be required, so you will need to be a self starter who has the ability to carry required tasks to completion. 

A college degree is a plus, but the client will allow someone without a degree who has had a stable career.  Only candidates with staffing industry experience will be considered.
