Our client, one of the top staffing agencies in the Metroplex, is looking for a recruiting manager to oversee the daily operations for their technical recruiting group in the Metroplex.

Qualifications:

You must have a minimum of 8+ years of agency staffing experience with 75% of your career spent in the technical staffing space.  You should have 4 - 5 years of successful, heads down recruiting with an additional 3 - 4 years in a leadership role leading agency recruiters.

Responsibilities:

Your main focus will be the oversight of the daily operations for the contract and perm recruiters as well as the administative staff assigned to some of the recruiters. You will be asked to evaluate, develop, and implement weekly recruiting targets and goals for the recruiting teams and then lead the weekly activity meetings to ensure consistant weekly production.

You will monitor the recruiting and expense budget by assessing the advertising needs, select the appropriate method to spend budgeted monies, and also oversee all subcontractor and independent contractor relationships to determine which vendors will be used.  Finally, you will prepare weekly reports for excutive staff to ensure targeted goals are being met.
