Required Skills:  7 - 10 years of staffing industry experience with the majority of that experience in the technical staffing arena.

Our client, one of the top staffing companies in the Metroplex, is looking for a sales manager to lead the business development group for their Dallas branch.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 7 - 10 years of staffing industry experience with the majority of those years in the technical staffing industry. You should have 5 - 7 years as a successful business development manager and another 2 - 3 years as a sales or branch manager.

During your time as a business development manager, you should have been one of the top producers in your office, region, or nation.  As a sales manager, you will need to show that you have the ability to successfully lead a team of BDM’s in the highly competitive Dallas market.  You need to be self-motivated with proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the development and follow through of the overall marketing strategies and the individual BDM’s account/client strategies in order to achieve the revenue and profit goals of the branch.  You will lead daily or weekly status meetings with your sales team to assess sales efforts and maintain continued focus of the sales team.

You will also be required to interview, hire, and train any new BDM’s that you add to your sales team and then provide ongoing sales training for those new and existing BDM’s.

Pay Rate:  Annual base salary $90,000 - $100,000
Compensation Plan:  Additional $50,000+ in commission paid for both contract and permanent placements
