Our client is looking for a director / branch level professional to set focus, lead, and oversee the day to day operations of their local Dallas technical staffing branch. You will have three main areas of responsibility as the managing branch director - branch profitability, leadership and direction of teams, and client interaction. Qualifications: You must have a total of at least 8 - 10 years of successful revenue growth at all career levels within the staffing industry with the majority of those years in the technical staffing industry working for a staff augmentation or staffing/consulting company. You must also be able to demonstrate a stable and steady career path. Prior to your current leadership role, you must have had 4 - 5 years of technical staffing sales experience as a business development manager at either the local or national level. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for a large P&L, so you must be able to read and manage from it as well as be able to analyze other financial reports that pertain to the authorizing and purchasing of equipment and supplies. You will be responsible for forecasting future growth and then driving your vision through your managers who will oversee the business development group, the full-time placement group, and the contract recruiters. You will be asked to oversee the selection and training of the branch personnel which will include hiring, performance evaluation, and retention. You will set and define performance expectations for the staff, and train, motivate, and encourage their professional growth. Also as part of your responsibilities, you will see to the day-to-day management of administrative personnel and ensure front office functionality and administrative process efficiency. You will not be required to carry a bag; but you will need to have the ability to develop future business by meeting with and ensuring the satisfaction of high-level executives of existing clients, or by cultivating new executive level relationships through networking events. | Pay Rate: Annual base salary $125,000 - $135,000 | ||||||||||||
| Compensation Plan: Bonus of 50% of annual base salary at plan | ||||||||||||
