Our client, a publicly traded company which has been a leader in the temporary staffing industry for over 50 years and has business domestically as well as internationally, is looking for a vice president to run their branch offices in the east region of the United States. The ideal candidate will have had a stable, progressive career with a minimum of 10 to 15 years experience within the light industrial, day labor, or clerical staffing industry which should include numerous promotions due to outstanding leadership qualities and the ability to produce results. You will have been one of the top sales producers in your office or region for your first 2 to 3 years, with an additional 3 to 5 years of branch leadership experience. You will also need another 5+ years as an area or region director or vice president. You must be the type of person who has the ability to set the vision for the offices of the region and then be able to carry out that vision through leading, motivating, and mentoring your teams as necessary in order for them to produce and fulfill the vision that you have projected for them. You will have all the personality traits of a strong leader such as being a high achiever and a strong competitor, yet also be team focused and possessing the ability to analyze local market conditions and build valuable customer relationships. You will also be required to develop the annual operating budgets for your branch offices and ensure that all the required company processes and policies are completely followed. You may be located in any of the cities in which they currently have offices. |

| Pay Rate: Annual base salary $100,000 - $150,000 | ||||||||||||
| Compensation Plan: Additional commission and bonus | ||||||||||||
