#4171GI - Recruiter - Technology Staffing

Required Skills: Experience in engineering, IT, defense, or aerospace recruiting. This is not a full-desk recruiting position, but someone with that type of background would be considered. A college education preferred, but job stability for the last 5 years can be substituted.

Our client is currently seeking a recruiter for their technology staffing division. Candidate must have 2 - 3 years of recruiting experience in the technology, telecom, engineering, or aerospace industry. You will work with account executives and client managers to ensure that each requisition is processed in an efficient and effective manner. Responsibilities will include maximizing local, regional, and national recruiting resources such as networking and candidate referral bonus, classified advertising, Internet, job fairs, and strategic partnerships with organizations that have access to educated, skilled individuals. Candidate should possess excellent probing/questioning/interviewing skills. You must be goal oriented and able to multitask with the ability to finish projects.

Only local candidates with industry experience will be considered.

Pay Rate: Annual base salary $45,000 - $55,000

Compensation Plan: Additional $60,000+ in commission at plan paid for both contract and permanent placements.
