Our client is a publicly traded company that has been in the staffing industry for over 50 years and has earned a reputation for quality outsourcing of contingent staffing, information technology consulting, and staffing vendor management services to Fortune 1000 and emerging growth companies.  They are currently seeking an account executive to oversee current clients and develop new client business.

The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years experience selling technical or engineering staffing services to Fortune 1000 companies throughout the greater Phoenix area.  The candidate must be a polished 'hunter' and good at finding new business as well as a proven ‘farmer’ as they will receive established accounts that they will be responsible for growing. 

You must be able to show consistent revenue growth through the meeting of projected revenue goals in the course of prospecting, networking, and consultative selling to key decision makers and end users.

Responsibilities will include customizing proposals, presenting pricing, selling value over price, and developing lasting, profitable business relationships.  Compensation will be a competitive base salary with commissions on contract and permanent placements as well as standard sales perks.
