Required Skills:  8 - 10 years of leadership experience within the staffing industry.

The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years experience within the staffing industry as one of the top producers in their office or region, and additionally another 3 - 5 years of branch or area leadership experience which has produced a consistently growing region or multiple office territory for a rough total of 8 - 10 years of total industry experience. 

You must be the type of person who has the ability to set the vision for the offices of the region and then be able to carry out that vision through leading, motivating, and mentoring your teams as necessary in order for them to produce and fulfill the vision that you have projected for them.  You will have all the personality traits of a strong leader such as being a high achiever and a strong competitor, yet also be team focused and possessing the ability to analyze local market conditions and build valuable customer relationships.  You will also be required to develop the annual operating budgets for your branch offices and ensure that all the required company processes and policies are completely followed.
