Our client, who has been in the Dallas staffing industry for over ten years and has built a reputation for quality specialized service, is looking for a recruiting director to lead their staffing group. The ideal candidate will be expected to provide leadership and direction for the daily operations of the staffing group. This includes setting recruiting and sales goals and expectations for your team, monitoring their performance against those goals, and then managing your team to those expectations. You will be responsible for maintaining advertising and recruiting budgets while working with leadership to ensure that the efforts of your team are meeting branch needs and expectations. You will need to have a bachelor’s degree and 3 - 5 years experience in a leadership role as a recruiting manager, sales manager, or branch director in the staffing industry in a technology or finance and accounting environment. It is expected that the division or sales team that you are currently leading (or have led) will have a minimum annual revenue of at least 1 - 2 million dollars. You must also have had at least 2 - 3 years previous recruiting or business development experience. This position requires excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities, as well as analytical and problem solving skills. You must have the ability to function in a team environment and have a proven track record of successful management leadership. There could also be an equity stake with the company. |

| Pay Rate: Annual base salary $65,000 - $80,000 | ||||||||||||
| Compensation Plan: Additional $70,000+ in commissions at plan (no ceiling) | ||||||||||||
