#4163GI - Recruiting Director - Technology Staffing - Dallas, TX
Required Skills:  At least 3+ years previous recruiting management experience in a fast-paced, technology, engineering, or A&F staffing office; and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in general business management, human resources, or other related field plus 5 - 7 years experience in technical recruiting, preferably in an IT environment.

Our client, who has been seen on some of the most prestigious business lists both locally and nationally in recent years, is looking to hire a director of recruiting for their North Dallas office.

The ideal candidate will be expected to provide daily leadership and direction of the recruiters and the recruiting process, which includes assigning recruiting resources to effectively service the daily requirement load, setting recruiting goals, and monitoring recruiter performance against monthly and yearly goals.

You will also work closely with branch leadership to ensure that the efforts of the recruiters are allowing the business development managers to meet their required expectations as well as branch expectations.  

You will also be asked to provide branch leadership with various reports and projections for the tracking of future company growth. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage the daily operations of the recruiting staff at the branch.
* Evaluate, develop and implement recruiting processes, standards, measurements, and production expectations to ensure consistency across the branch and implement tactics to accomplish goals.
* Monitor performance / productivity against goals and managing the recruiting staff to those goals.
* Actively participate in, and many times spearhead, the weekly activity meetings for the branch(s). Discuss current and potential issues, recommend or facilitate resolutions, ensure the proper recruiting resources are deployed to assure coverage of requirements, etc.
* Prepare management reports as necessary; and assure the integrity, timeliness, and maintenance of the recruiting staff’s data.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must be able to show overall success and headcount growth in last position.

Must have at least 3+ years previous recruiting management experience in a fast-paced, technology, engineering, or A&F staffing office.

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in general business management, human resources, or other related field plus 5 - 7 years experience in technical recruiting, preferably in an IT environment.
Pay Rate:  Annual base salary $60,000 - $70,000
Compensation Plan:  Additional $60,000+ in commission at plan
Incentive Perks: President’s trip, quarterly incentives
