Our client, who has been seen on some of the most prestigious business lists both locally and nationally in recent years, is looking to hire a director of recruiting for their North Dallas office. The ideal candidate will be expected to provide daily leadership and direction of the recruiters and the recruiting process, which includes assigning recruiting resources to effectively service the daily requirement load, setting recruiting goals, and monitoring recruiter performance against monthly and yearly goals. You will also work closely with branch leadership to ensure that the efforts of the recruiters are allowing the business development managers to meet their required expectations as well as branch expectations. You will also be asked to provide branch leadership with various reports and projections for the tracking of future company growth. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
