Our client is one of the top wireless consulting companies in the nation and is currently in need of a recruiter.  They have been recognized nationally by numerous publications for their outstanding growth and their professionalism toward their customers.

To be considered as a candidate, you must have been a successful full life cycle recruiter for 3 - 5 years in the wireless or engineer staffing industry. You will work directly with the client managers and other appropriate entities to ensure that each requisition is processed in an efficient and effective manner.

You will also be responsible for maximizing local, regional, and national recruiting resources such as networking and candidate referral bonus, classified advertising, Internet, job fairs, and strategic partnerships with organizations with access to educated, skilled individuals.

Candidate should possess excellent probing / questioning / interviewing skills; and have experience in sales, customer relations, negotiations, project management, technical skill qualification, sourcing, Internet recruitment, project staffing, supplement staffing, and candidate presentation. You must be goal oriented and able to multi task with the ability to finish projects.
