Our client, one of the top locally based recruiting firms in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, is looking for a successful full-time recruiter for their information technology practice.  The successful candidate will have 3 - 4 years experience in IT contract recruiting with a proven track record of outstanding performance in the IT staffing industry.  You need to be a polished seasoned recruiter capable of mining candidates in addition to using the standard online services.  You must be able to develop and maintain senior level business relationships with targeted accounts and existing customers. You must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and demonstrated ‘ownership’ in your work.

Only local candidates with industry experience will be considered.
