Our client, who has been one of the nation's top staffing firms for over 25 years, is looking for an engineer recruiter to work in their engineer staffing group.

To be considered as a candidate, you must have been a successful full life cycle recruiter for 2-3 years in the engineer staffing industry. You will work directly with the client managers and other appropriate entities to ensure that each requisition is processed in an efficient and effective manner. Your industries of focus will be, but not limited to, oil & gas, chemical, and aerospace.

You will also be responsible for maximizing local, regional, and national recruiting resources such as networking and candidate referral bonus, classified advertising, Internet, job fairs, and strategic partnerships with organizations with access to educated, skilled individuals.

Candidate should possess excellent probing / questioning / interviewing skills; and have experience in sales, customer relations, negotiations, project management, technical skill qualification, sourcing, Internet recruitment, project staffing, supplement staffing, and candidate presentation. You must be goal oriented and able to multi task with the ability to finish projects.
