GLOBAL IMPACT STAFFING - #4109GI - Business Development Manager - Technology Staffing

Required Skills: At least two years experience in a staffing sales position (preferably technical staffing industry experience), strong skills in verbal and written communication and presentation, and a Bachelor’s degree (prefer business or marketing) or equivalent experience.

Our client, one of the top publicly traded consulting/staffing companies in the world, is experiencing growth in its telecom/IT staffing group in the San Francisco Bay area; and they are in need of an account executive to sell information technology staffing services. They are recognized as one of the top companies in the world in the telecom staffing space.

The successful candidate will have 1 - 3 years experience in all facets of the sales process with a proven track record of outstanding sales performance in the IT staffing industry and have a well-defined approach for hunting and closing new business. You must be disciplined with good telephone and face-to-face presentation skills, and you must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and demonstrated ‘ownership’ in your work. We are looking for polished, intelligent, hungry, go-getters to join the seasoned team of staffing and IT professionals.

Pay Rate: Annual base salary $65,000 - $75,000

Compensation Plan: Additional $80,000+ in commission at plan paid for both contract and permanent placements
